SPC Performance Matrix in relation to Variance and Assurance

Hi,

I wish to construct a matrix in a dashboard relating to SPCs and performance:

And within each box the Outcomes/KPIs will be listed to highlight the status of their actual performance/position(s) relative to Targets. The performance/position(s) will be one of the following descriptions:

Alternatively, is there atleast a provision for an additional column in the SPC Summary Tables to show the Performance/Position description (e.g. Special Cause concerning variation,  Common cause, Consistently hit target etc) ? The Summary Table visual I am using is SPC Charts (Dev) Version: 1.4.4.20 (as below). Or is it not possible to add additional column(s) as such to a Summary Table ?

Kind Regards

Hi @F_Reh ,
Thank you @lbendlin for the helpful response!

The SPC Summary Table in the SPC Charts  visual doesn not currently support adding extra columns for descriptions like “Special Cause” or “Consistently Hit Target.” This kind of customization is more flexible in Excel, but in Power BI, especially with custom visuals, we are limited to what the visual allows. If this is important for your setup, it might be worth checking with the visual developer about adding that feature in a future update.

Thank you.

Regards,
Pallavi.

That's more of an Excel thing, not something you natively do in Power BI.  Requires lots of manual work, or custom visuals. Have you asked the developer of that visual?
