SLOW loading the File Name attribute from Document Library from SharePoint List

I needed the file name and other metadata from a sharepoint document library.  I connnected using the standard SharePoint Online List connector.

When expanding the File column, I found this would take foooooorrrrreeevvver.

 

Hope Foley, amazing Microsoft rep, showed me the below.  It loads so much faster and delivers what I need.
