SLA calculation.

Hi, I am doing reports for one of my support projects where i need to calculate SLA.

My Source is VSO query. I have Resolved date and SLA target date. I have added custom column to calculate SLA (Yes or No) by checking where Resolved Date>SLA target Date

Now my question is, i would like to add 'Line and Stacked column chart' which gives out put in Resolved Week Starting date, number of Tickets Resolved as Stack item and SLA% as line Item

For Example

Resolved Week starting- Number of Tickets Resolved- Number of Tickets with in SLA- SLA %

6/4 - 100 - 90 - 90%

6/11-200 -150 - 75%

6/18-150 - 120 -80%

6/25-250 - 250 -100%

How to get a report for SLA% with in a week, like (Number of SRs resolved with SLA /Number of SRs resolved) for each week in %

I think you can just create a measure using CALCULATE and DIVIDE.

So

Number of Tickets resolved =DISTINCTCOUNT(<TicketID column>)

Number of Tickets with in SLA = CALCULATE([Number of Tickets resolved],<SLA Column>="yes")

SLA % = DIVIDE([Number of Tickets with in SLA],[Number of Tickets resolved])
