Running total does not produce the desired result

Hi there,

 

I am trying to calculate the running total of a column as shown in the snapshot:

However, the running total column does not aggregate. Could anyone explain where am I making the mistake?

@Dunner2020 , It needs to SumX and in filter you need to allselected

 

filter(allselected(Table), Table[Date]<=max(Table[Date]))
