Running total column for matrix

Hi all,  I'm new to power BI 

and I would like to ask a question regarding totals for column in a matrix, 

I have defined my rows, as account no.'s, 

and the the columns are composed of series of area codes, 

and for the values are the amount per account code.

for example in the screenshot above. 

I need ADM999 to have a total of the columns ADM100 up to ADM300 

for the account code of 5110000

is this possible?
