Running Total Issue with Rank

Hey there,

 

I try to calculate the running total of left over (available inv - requested qty), but it didn't work for me. Just check to see your thoughts. Thanks. 

 

I wanted to rank the work order firstly based on the work order whole number format. Then I tried to calculate the running total of left over following the rank. But see below, it still shows the rank 1 for all different Work Order number. That's why I guess it didn't calculate the  running total as expected. Would you help to check? Or I can apply the different ways to calculate the running total. Thanks for your adivce in advance!
