Hi,
I need to run multiple different queries on one sql database in Power BI. Right now I am planning on creating a new connection to the database to run each query. This will take me a fair bit of time to do. Is there anyway to run all of these queries in one connection?
Thank you

in short, no.
What you should consider is disabling parallel load of tables. Otherwise you may overwhelm your SQL server during refresh.
@chall069 Since each query that you run will create a new table. I hope this is waht you want to run multiple queries that will generate multiple tables in powe query window.
Can you try below.
1. Create your first query by connecting to the SQL DB.
2. for remaining queries you follow below steps
2. You just copy paste server name and DB then paste your sql statement in the box below.
using above steps you may be speed up of your running sql queries. Let me know if it works for you.
