Rows in Matrix - Many levels - present data without blanks on higher level

Hello,   I have Power BI Matrix where in Rows I have Parent Child Hierarchy and Product Name. For some rows I don't have Level 3 so I would like to present Product below Level 3 not just presentin...

Hi BIDeveloper_ 
There is no option to "skip" blank hierarchies but there are some workarounds to avoid "opening" of blank rows.
