I have matrix table as below where the % is worked out from measure/days available.
How can I get the total (in bold) to be the % of that total i.e. 67/441 - 15% and not 319%?

I'm happy to answer your questions. Here I offer my solution,We can use the following dax formula:
Column = CALCULATE(DIVIDE(SUM(Tabelle1[meausre]),SUM('Tabelle1'[day])))
Then change the format of the calculated column to percentage:
The results are as follows:
