Row Level security

Hi,

I am looking for some advice to achieve the below using Row level Security if possible.

i have a list of user and their country selected from a picklist

UserName	Country
Tim	China
John	Australia
Mike	Poland

After longing in as Tim i want to see China selected in the Country filter but i also want to see other in the filter so that if for refrence i want to see views for any other country i am able to.

is there a way to do this?
