Hi,
For a report I need to present the detailed results for an area of the country (according to the user's permissions) but I also need to display the total profit (as a single number without any detail) for the whole country. Please can you tell me how to do this with row level security? (i.e. on the one hand how do I filter the detailed information by the user's area, but on the other hand how do I present the unfiltered total profit in the same report?)
Thanks,
CM

In theory, you should be able to create a new table with a new calculated column that simply does something like:
CALCULATE(SUM([Column]),RELATEDTABLE(Table))
Because this is a calculated column, it will calculate the value at the time of data loading and RLS will not apply to the calculation of this value.
