I have a table visual Like below.
Trying really hard to make column Row count =1 for each row and the total = 8.
Current measure :
RowCount = CALCULATE(Counta(PowerBI_VarianceReporting[EmployeeID]),ALLSELECTED(PowerBI_VarianceReporting))
Have to use measure becuase it's direct query.

RowCount = 1
