Rolling HeadCount/Turn over Chart

Hello Experts,

I need to build a rolling headcount report in Power BI. Currently we are building the report in Excel and the same needs to replicated in Power BI. I have the inputs generated from and existing in Query Editor.

I have the data with the necessary inputs in the excel format. Please, let me know the accepted option to share, in summary

1. Need to count the Hire and Termination cases of every month.

2. The counts need to be represented in graph with country and Region

3. the data should be represented in average with % values

4.  I am attempting to make headcount of countries (hire and termination seperatley)

5. Arrive the Turn over % based.

Please, guide me the process to share the input excel file.

Hi Tamerji,

I managed to use the syntax mentioned in the thread. Thank you so much! One last obligation, I need to slice the counts based on the employee country metrics too. How can we acheive that? Any other reference?

Hi Amit,

Thanks for your reponse. I already completed the Headcount report with Hire,Termination and Average Headcount bifurcation through another logic. Here is the outcome.

I mostly need a report of chart something like this. The rolling turn over needs to be in percentage and NOT as a headcount. Also, the head count needs to be bifurcatated based on Regions. To achieve this, this is the excel format I used and need assistance to convert into Power BI.

Hi Amit,

Any luck, I need to bring the % percentage of employee based on different dimensions. Primarily with country and Region values. We require the Employee Turn Over between Number of Employees / Number of Employees Terminated. The excel file which I shared should have the replica of what we are doing it now. If you cannot help me, can you recommend any other support member?
