Returning month over month difference in a matrix with a column value (% of column)

I'm new to Power BI and I have created a report that is reporting information as expected and I'm struggling with how to compare the difference.
The column is a count distinct with Percentage of column total. The goal of the Delta colum is to be the difference between month X and the prior month. In my research it's not a month over month comparison since each row is the percentage of column in the matrix (rather than coming from a column in the dataset). Any ideas?

Sure Ashish, I broke it down in Excel since I'm not able to in Power BI.
My Delta column would be current month subtracted by prior month.
