Hey @Anonymous

If you go to the dashboard in Power BI Service and select share it will only share that dashboard. They will not have access to other dashboards in the workspace. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards

If there are visuals in a dashboard that you need to hide you can create a duplicate of the dashboard, remove the visuals that need to be removed and then share that.

If you need togive them access to the dashboard without giving them access to the underlying report follow the steps outlined in this thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Sharing-Dashboard-without-sharing-Report/td-p/603804

If this helps please kudo.

Hi @Anonymous,

you can share a report/dashboard from the workspace to persons who are not members of the workspace, using the standard share functionality of a report/dashboard. They will then only see the report/dashboard you have shared with thed.

You find the Share-button in the grey meny above your report/dashboard

Cheers,
Sturla
