Restricting data to certain users

I want to create a shareable aggregate data source for sharing throughout my organisation but some of the data is confidential to certain members.

How can I restrict views to certain members such that when I share the master aggregate data sheet, the member looking at the spreadsheet would only be looking at their data and everything else is confidential?

In other words, how can we filter views without having to create separate files for the different members in my organisation?

From your description, you could use the RLS function in Power BI:
