Hi, I have a report which I've added RLS too and also added the security measures on PBI Service. I've published the app and added email subscriptions for people however, I've included the page they require. For instance, my report has 3 pages and each individual has access to one.
However, in the email subscription the link allows them to view all pages of the report?
is there a way to prevent this?
I have already unselected attach full report when subscribing the user.

Hi @Anonymous ,
For showing different pages to different people, you can refer to this blog:
This is achieved using a combination of Row Level Security (RLS) and conditional formatting. This makes it a secure way of controlling access for specific users.
And there is one limitation for paginated and Power BI report email subscriptions, if the dataset uses row-level security (RLS), you can create subscriptions for yourself and others. Those subscriptions will run using your security context.

Icey

Thank you I will check that now
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could the method I mentioned work in your scenario?

Yes thank you
"my report has 3 pages and each individual has access to one"
That is not currently possible. You only get RLS, but not page level access. All users with read access to the report can see the ENTIRE data model of the report (within the RLS limits). They can use Analyze in Excel and completely ignore your page level restriction attempts.
If you have sufficiently distinct audiences for your data you need different APPS / workspaces. That's right - having different reports is not sufficient if your users have workspace/app access.
Think about what you want to accomplish. Are you in the business of promoting usage of Power BI, or are you in the business of preventing/hindering the usage of Power BI?
