Restrict tooltips to one column in Matrix
I have a matriy where I have customer dimensions in rows (Matrix). I have to provide definition of these customer dimensions via tooltip. I am using the tooltips from report page and when I use that, the tooltips appear even in the value sections of the matrix affecting user interface.
Is it possible to restrict tooltip to only one column?
Example data is provided
| Customer Dimensions | Jan | Feb | March | April |
| Customers Retented | 20 | 78 | 75 | 85 |
| Customer Lost | 10 | 88 | 4 | 4 |
| New Customers | 13 | 5 | 4 | 5 |

currently this option is not available on Power BI desktop and there is no work around solution.

The tooltip is set for all the table not for a current value but it will filter to show for each value.
