Restrict tooltips to one column in Matrix

I have a matriy where I have customer dimensions in rows (Matrix). I have to provide definition of these customer dimensions via tooltip. I am using the tooltips from report page and when I use that, the tooltips appear even in the value sections of the matrix affecting user interface.

Is it possible to restrict tooltip to only one column?

Example data is provided

Customer DimensionsJanFebMarchApril
Customers Retented20787585
Customer Lost108844
New Customers13545

Hello @ishwariya12 ,

The tooltip is set for all the table not for a current value but it will filter to show for each value.

@Idrissshatila Thanks for the response. What do you mean by filtering ? Can you explain more on this?

It's not possible and there is an open idea to do it, you can vote there!

currently this option is not available on Power BI desktop and there is no work around solution.
