We want to disable download .pbix file from teams page for published power bi report.
I have Power bi Pro license.
Under Admin Portal there is no option to disable download of .pbix file.
Do i need to have Power BI Premium License also?

@Pradnya_Haraple no, you don't need power bi premium. You need to speak to M365 admin in your organization who can give you power bi tenant admin. Understanding Power BI administrator roles - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

@Pradnya_Haraple two things, you are not a tenant admin, what you are showing based on it you are just seeing capacity settings but you are seeing tenant settings, which means you are not admin.
if you are an admin on the tenant, you can disable downloading pbix file, or ask your admin to disable it
