Rest API to pull data into Power BI

Hi Experts.. using direct query..

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Here is the scenario. I have a Rest API URL one with parameters and one without parameters.
The Rest API without parameters if I copy and past that URL in google should or Power BI using a C dataConnector show me all the data in the dataset since I have no parameters? Correct.

If I have parameters then in the Rest API then only show me the data based on the parameters? Correct.

The Rest API the one with out the parameters I have defined the parameters in Power BI via query parameters, and this should technically pull only that data? Based on my parameters selection? Correct.

Without meeting the API limitations, it should show all data.

If I have parameters then in the Rest API then only show me the data based on the parameters?

With Parameter wrote in the query, it should show data based on the parameter.
