Resolving issues with Power BI Desktop Download

I thought to share this as many people go through Power BI Desktop installation challenges without getting an easy way out to solving their problems. Most of the issues are centered around some incomplete drivers or inability to open power bi desktop after downloading. The two issues can be resolved by installing Microsoft Redistributable C++ and starting power bi as an administrator respectively.
