Require help in achieving below output based on the data shared

Hello Team,

Requirement is to get row wise concatenation of letters present in "Stat letter" column mentioned below in the snapshot. Concatenation should display 10 values present from Stat Letter column where proportion 1 is > than proportion 2

Its little urgency so can anyone please help me in solving this query. Thanks!
