Request for Opinion | DashBoard Power BI

Hey,

I needed an opinion, I am responsible for creating several dashboards from the same company but from different areas. What do you advise, to put everything in the same .pbxi file and then give permissions to each page depending on the area or create everything in separate reports? That is, for each area, create a new .pbix file

Thanks!

Hi, @Anonymous

I'd like to suggest you try using templates in desktop and query parameters to create .pbix files for each area.

HI @Anonymous ,

I will suggest creating one single dashboard and setting up RLS in this report based on your Area.

Thanks,

Pragati

But can't the report get too heavy afterwards with so many areas included in it? It will be a panel that will update the data to SQL every day
