Report top 5

Hello !

I hope that someone can help me,

in a table how can i show the top 5 + an important element

e.g.  top 5 sells + another product that i conseder is important (whatever its position).

Hi Youssef,

You can try adding a Top N filter and then adding the count of sales to the 'By value' field. See screenshot below.

for example i'm selling clouths and I just added a new product "A"

i want that my table contains the product "A" and the top 5 products

It's very hard to guess without a real example. But this might get you started:

Measure =
RANKX(
    ALL(Product),
    [Sales],
    ,DESC
)
 
You can use this in the filterpane.
It's problably not what you're looking for, so best is to provide a pbix.

Easiest way to top is by using the filter panel.

Choose the value from which you would like to show the top, then chose top N. The other element doesn't matter.

Please describe what this other element exactly is with some examples. You can't always just drag and drop.
