When I publish my new report to My workspace in Power BI from Power BI Desktop, I get the success pop-up, but when I click the "Open 'report name' in Power BI" link, I receive a note that says "Sorry, we couldn't find that report. It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it." How could this be possible? This doesn't make any sense. Please help!

It seems good in my tests. Please check these things below.
1. Always use the latest version of Desktop. It's August 2018 now.
2. Which browser is the default browser? Did you login?
3. Can you share some snapshots, please?

I have the same issue. Have tried all of the suggested community fixes that I could find on this topic such as checking credewntials and logging in from app.powerbi.com.
I am using the trial version of the service so not sure whether this is part of the problem or not?
