Report View - "Add" Bottom in "Get More Visuals" not available

Hi!

Maybe someone out there knows the solution...

I wanted to add a new visual but it has been already 6 days since I am not able to click on the "Add" bottom, it appears transparent and "un-clickable":

I had been using already two other added visuals, but now neither this Bullet Chart visual nor any other are available.ù

Has any one been in this situation and could solved it?

Also try to log out of Power BI Desktop and back in.

It could be the restriction on the tenant level.
