Report Refresh getting Errors on Teradata VIEW 'MT_PICK_REPORT' may not be used for Help Index/Const

I have a developer who has selected several views in Teradata to connect to their report.  These views seem to be like other views and work on the desktop.  When the published reports is refreshing it seems that Power BI is making an "Help Index" call on the views and causing the errors "VIEW 'ViewName here' may not be used for Help Index/Constraint/Statistics, Update, Delete or Insert.  "

No other report is doing this and we have many.  Also other views in this report are not making these help index calls.  

Trying to figure out what it is about these views that makes Power BI want to make the Help Index call.
