Replacer.ReplaceValue

Hello, 

 

I need one help.

How can i replace multiple values with one Replacer.ReplaceValue command.

 

Example :- Replacer.ReplaceValue([Month], "Apr", "4")

I wanted a code which replace all months with number for example 

Jan :- 1

Feb :- 2

 

Dec :- 12.

 

Looking for support.

You don't need to write code manually, you can click editor query-> Transform-> Replace Values.
