Replace values with conditions

Hi,

I have a column containing visit names.

If the visit name is Adverse Event then I would like to remove the numbers and brackets that follow it.

However, if the visit name is Ad Hoc i need to keep the numbers and brackets that follow it.

See below:

Any quick fixes?

Best,

Soph
