Replace null value in merged cells

Hi,

My excel file has merged cells. When loads in query, only the first cell has value, others are blanks. How can i use power query to fill the same value for blank cells?

In Edit query, you have a replace option

In dax you can use isblank to check and coalesce to handle null

Column = coalesce('Table' [A], "NA" )

Or
Column = if ( isblank( 'Table' [A]), "NA" , 'Table' [Province])
