Repeatable task due every 15 days

I am new to Power BI and trying to build a simple dashboard to track which locations are completing a task on time. Each location is to complete same task every 15 days. Once the location has completed the task, their 15 day timer starts over. The dashboard should be able to calculate and visually show which locations are on time and which are past due, along with the manager of each location.

I've watched many tutorials and haven't found *the one* that explains how to accomplish this. Anyone know of a tutorial that would explain how to do this?

Do you mean dashboard or report?  Is your data source in Import Mode or in Direct Query ?

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot).
Do not include sensitive information. Do not include anything that is unrelated to the issue or question.
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided.
