Reorganizing X-axis points

Hi, 

 

I'm looking to adjust my visual so that the 74.03% is in the beggining where I am trying to reach the 80% resolved benchmark. How can I do this here? There doesn't seem to be a sort function when doing %GT based on status count. Thanks in advance!
