Removing first row from Export

Anonymous  Found similar issue like your so as per this below thread there is no auto or direct solution to removing top rows from exporting excel.

It seems the first row that displays filter information is auto-created by power bi and it does not allow you to custom on it.

Export the data that was used to create a visualization

 

It is not supported to implement in Power BI currently. You can vote up idea for this function：

Or you can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
