Hellozooey Any rhyme or reason as to what designates a "correct" row versus an "incorrect" row?

the value from the quantity is pulling from one excel work book
while the value of carton and pallet is pulling from another
the value for carton and pallet for IP camera on the workbook is 4 and 1
not sure why it created duplicate rows and extra numbers
