Removing RAG status commentary in Matrix table

Hi

I have created a matrix table, consisting of a number of RAG status's with commentary. On the below image, the matrix table displays a field called "first commentary" for each of the various RAGS. 

I want the table to only display the "Overall" RAG and First commentary, with the remaining RAGS only showing the colours and not the "first commentary" field. I tried to remove the commentary field and the below image appeared. I would like this image, but with an added "commentary" field next to overall. I have tried changing up the table visual, but cant remove the commentary on the other RAG's.

Any help/advise would be appreciated.

Not possible with the standard visual. You would have to create a custom matrix with tons of measures.
