@dh76_PBI This can become very dependent on the data model and particular calculations.

Hi Greg, thank you for your reply. It turns out the problem was there was an extra filter applied to the visual somehow. I had Region is not blank and Region = All both applied, which seems to have caused the issue. The resources you posted are very helpful though, and are now bookmarked. Thanks again!
