Remove tooltip from button

Is there a way to hide the tooltip complete from the bookmark button? I can remove the text, but it still shows a default tooltip. I can do conditional formatting and make it dynamic, but I really just want it to not show at all :).

Thanks!

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

@DataZoe that does seem to be the case which is not good, I guess add this as an idea on ideas forum.

I would  Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

@DataZoe why not in dynamic tooltip return a  empty string like ""

@parry2k I did try that, but I want it to not show at all (it showed the little callout box).  BUT I should try Measure = blank() -- I'll let you know if that works 🙂

@parry2k I'm not confusing it. I want the tooltip to go away not show as empty. blank() in Power BI tends to not show at all, which is what I want.

When I tried "" it just gave the default tooltip message, not even an empty call out.

@parry2k looks like there is no way to get it go away completely 😞
