Remove seconds from datetime

When I add a custom column I am able to get exactly what I want in my datetime (datetime without seconds) but as soon as I convert the type of custom column to datetime and end up again with seconds....

Hi stribor45 
With/without seconds is the format, not "data type" .
You can modify it from the data view.
Choose one that you need from the list / you can also customize it manually
