Unfortunately we can't remove the blank rows when two metric is involved, Below table visual will make things clear for you.
Since forecast is availble for months where sales is not avaible, it won't be possible just to neglect blank sales month as the month is common for both sales and forecast. The best way would be to show 0 instead of blank.

Can you let me know what scenario column mean in your table and also it would be great if you can provide a SS of scenario column for whole of 2023!
Year is th only relationship between Matrix Table and Financial sales table (its a many to many relationship) I was using Year and month from financial sales tabel. I have year and months for almost all the table but there is no way for setting up the relationship.
