Remove duplicates based on values from multiple cells

Hi All,

I've one table with duplicate rows. Now I've to create two reports 1. Detailed Report and 2. Summary Report within one single page.

Now Detailed report contains only dinstinct values but summary report calculates with duplicate rows. 

What I've done is write two separate sql queries and import same table two times. But I've one filter column. So when I select filter values it should reflect in both tables. But it's not happening because it only reflects in one table from where it belongs.

Please suggest me how can I apply that.

what are the common columns in both tables?

Please dont load two tables 

1) Load your table 

2) Create measuers by using DistinctCount Dax Expression to create report .
