Remove (Sync) Filters after click on Visual

I have 6 years of sales data (2018 till 2023). 

On page level I filter 2021 till 2023, I compare the sales per month in a chart. 

But besides the graph I also have a matrix in which I show the 2023 date - so a filter on Visual Level.

To keep the matrix a bit clear (as there are quite some more columns as only the sales data) I only want to show one period at the time.

At the moment I click on the graph (for example Martch 2022) it empties the Matrix (as the 2022 was filtered on the Visual Level). How can I change (sync) the filter (of the matrix) the moment the visual (chart) in tihs case is clicked. So the Filter of the Matrix changes from 2023 to 2022 in this example.
