Relative date filter

Hi Community,
I need a Dynamic Relative Filter. I am having 2 date filter In which If I select date in one filter, Relative date filter should show last n for already selected date.
Some what similar to this,

I will select  date in Selecteer Periode(eg: 11/23/2018), then I will select Relative Filter as Last 1 Week I need resultant dates as 11/16/2018-11/22/2018.

Relative date slicer doesn't support this feature currently.

For any workaround, check the blog below where you have an example of selecting the month and the N months and this works with filter of dates.
