Relative Date Slicer How to Create it

Hi Walt1010 , I am attaching a PBIX file with slicer set as relative check this and try to replicate and let me know if you face any issue

by looking at your image it seems you have taken something else means not a default slicer.
beacuse default slicer does not have all these option ( Shape , layout, callout value, Image)
see default slicer have following options only in the setting.
Please check the slicer you are choosing that causing an issue.

Walt1010 , For relative date slicer option make sure you are using date column in slicer means formated as date datatype
Then
Click on the slicer to select it.
In the Visualizations pane, click on the dropdown arrow next to the slicer icon.
Select Relative Date from the dropdown menu.

Hi the field is definitely formatted as a date. As per my screenshot, my Slicer Settings looks different to yours:

This is a data type issue you need to use date field/ date table for this create a calender table and mark it as date table then create relation ship with your fact table and use that calender table that is the ideal way of using date columns

I've added a date table and connected my original date field to the date table. When I add a slicer, I still dont get any relative date options.
