Relationship

Hi, I have 3 table with following structure(unable to upload photo)

table 1 : Year

table 2 :  Year, ID

table 3 : Cost, ID

one(table1) to many(table2) on Year, active relationship

many(table2) to one(table3) on ID, inactive relationship

How do i calculate sum of cost by filtering on year.

Thanks.
