Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Ensure that the columns using for relationships have compatible data types.
2.Verify that there are matching values in the columns.
3.Many-to-one relationship that multiple values in the primary table map to a single value in the related table.
4.One-to-one relationship that one value in the primary table map to a single value in the related table.
