Relationship NOT WORKING

Hello, I hope everything is fine with everyone, 
I have these two tables with this relationship (image below) and 
I don't know why the table with user and salesman is not filtering the table salesman and Id salesman, even with filter for both. 
I'm on DESKTOP-R38VDCR\afonso and I already have a filter by username in RLS. Supposedly only 1,2,6 should appear.
