Reg - How to set default range in visual without affecting the slicers

Hi Everyone,

  I am trying to display last 4 calender weeks of data in line chart it will show once i used the slider to change the range for two months it will not work..KIndly help me on this issue as soon as possible.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could try to use ISFILTERED  function. You can put the date column in the slicer into the column name of ISFILTERED(<columnName>). Create the measure as

=IF(ISFILTERED(<DateName>), Result 1, Result2 )

Result 1 is the result when the slicer is filtering, and Result 2 is the result when the slicer is not filtering.

My requiremets is  I have used date slicer  for my report and we wants it to default to last 4 weeks on load and later user can change the date range.
