how do i change this Refreshed Column to DD/MM/YY and GMT+8
My system ,control panel is already GMT8 dd mm yy, and my edge browser language set to UK and move to top priority.
The report header is mm dd as well, I need to change it to DD/MM/YY

My Edge setting, UK is using dd/mm
My BI refreshed column, is still MM/DD

After set the proper language for the Edge browser, did you restart the browser? I set the same language (English (United Kingdom)) as yours, the date format can be displayed as DD/MM/YYYY...

doesnt matter if i remove the url language en-gb, still showing mm dd

As checked your first screenshot, there is no the text "Microsoft Edge is displayed in this language" display under English (United Kingdom)...
Did you check the option "Display Microsoft Edge in this language" just like in below screenshot after add the language English (United Kingdom)?
After that, it required to restart the browser. Please click "Restart" button to restart the browser.

1) Region/Country i chose Malaysia
2) Language English (Malaysia) ,system date show dd mm is correct
3), 4) Only English is available there is no English Malaysia nor Australia, I tried Bahasa Melayu. The
refresh column still showing MM DD

Please try to follow the steps below to add the proper language:
1. Go to Edge browser Settings page
2. Find Language tab and click "Add languages"
3. Set to Display Microsoft Edge in this language
