Refresh
jbenson Have you verified the filters being applied to your visual and tried clicking the "Rest to Default" button in Power BI Service to ensure that there are no filters inadvertently being applied to your report that might no longer be valid?
I find that often Power BI tries to be "helpful" by caching my most recent slicer/filter settings, but sometimes that causes unexpected results.
I have tried that, but there are also no slicers for that matrix just locations and totals is all

jbenson and no filters applied either? So when you hover over the filter button it says "there aren't any filters applied right now"?
What happens when you try to connect to the published dataset from a new report? Are you able to access the data then? Or how about when accessing via Analyze in Excel?

That is correct there are not filters. If I refresh from the desktop side and then publish it again to the web it migh work for a day or two then stop working again

Hi jbenson,
What type of data source are you worked on? Can you please share more detailed information about these?
