Hello,
I need help with how to investigate what is taking time when refreshing a dataset.
I have a dataset with reports connected to it that was taking approximately 20-25 minutes to refresh.
I decided to pull out some of the data and put it in a new dataset since it took 7-9 minutes to refresh and wasnt necessary to have in this dataset. And now when i refresh it takes everything between 4.5 minutes to 20 minutes to refresh and I can't really find out where it puts all the time and why it isnt consistent.
Havent configured incremental refresh yet but it might be the next step.
I've tried the diagnose tool but I dont fint it that helpful. With the information I have from the diagnose tool the dataset should take about 8-10 minutes to refresh.
So what I need help with is to figure out why it sometimes take longer time then expected to refresh?
Does it have with Busniess Central? Does it have with Power BI Web service? Is it on our end?
